Bobby Walsh, President
Bobby has an extensive 25 year background in the banking, financial services, real estate, and construction industries. He started his career by completing a 5-year Officer training program at the 1st National Bank of Chicago. He eventually landed at TCF Bank as Regional Manager – Vice President of Illinois operations for TCF Consumer Financial Services.
After 15 years as an entrepreneur in the financial services industry, Bobby joined Lattner Entertainment as President. He is service-driven and very detailed with a healthy appetite for industry information.
Bobby enjoys travel and foreign language.
Terry Geurin, Vice President – Operations
Prior to joining Lattner Entertainment, Terry was the General Manager/District Sales Manager of International Game Technology (IGT) in the State of Montana. He has 30 plus years of experience in gaming. Terry began his career as a technician in Reno, Nevada, and quickly advanced to supervising the casino service shop/installation crew for northern Nevada.
He established and managed the IGT sales and service organization for the Montana bar/tavern market in 1988.
Having worked in Montana and assisting IGT efforts in Macau, West Virginia and South Dakota, Terry has the versatile hands on technical, sales and service knowledge of video gaming equipment as well as extensive experience in the installation and implementation ("roll out") of legalized video gaming. Terry is an avid hiker and outdoor photographer.
Nicholas Lanclos, Director of Operations
Nick began his gaming career in 1998 as a Slot Technician in his home state of Louisiana. Over the course of the next 14 years he opened and operated several video gaming locations throughout the state, in sizes ranging from 20 to 100 VGTs per location. His last professional position before moving to Illinois was as Director of Operations for 190 Truck Stops; this position included overseeing 5 large Truck Stop & Game Room operations.
Upon relocating to Illinois in May of 2012 he helped start Tower Gaming, where he served as Director of Operations for the past 3 years.
Nick brings vast versatility gained through his diversified 20 year career in gaming to Lattner Entertainment. His past experience in various type of operations enable him to bring a unique perspective to the bar & tavern gaming and route operations business.
Nick enjoys spending time with his family, discovering new cuisine and reading.
Skip Johnson, Director of Route Operations
Responsible for overseeing day to day route operations of the Lattner Entertainment gaming route, Mr. Johnson launched his career in the gaming route business in 1982 working as a service technician for Miles City Amusement in Montana. In 1987 he moved to Valley Federated Amusement as Service Manager. In 1999 he joined Summit Gaming as Service Technician eventually becoming Operations Manager, a position he would hold for over ten years. Upon Summit Gaming’s 2009 acquisition by Game Tech International, Mr. Johnson moved to Nevada as Director of Operations.
Skip Johnson has over 30 years experience and a wealth of knowledge in the gaming industry. His areas of expertise include proficiency in training and employee development, employee relations, gaming manufacturing, gaming routes and service and roll out management in new gaming jurisdictions.
His hobbies include Harley motorcycles and playing drums.
